Welcome to True Fetch Studio, featuring Bryan Keith Art.
I’m a one-person studio, and every order, artwork, and interaction is handled with care.
Below you’ll find the current shop policies. These may evolve as the studio grows, so feel free to check back for updates anytime.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Print-on-demand items (shirts, mugs, totes, etc.) are produced and shipped through Printful, a trusted fulfillment partner.
Processing times typically range from 2–7 business days, depending on the product and demand.

Original artwork is handled directly by me. Once purchased (or reserved), I will contact you to confirm packaging, delivery method, or pickup arrangements.

Shipping Policy

Shipping rates for all print-on-demand items are automatically calculated during checkout based on Printful’s fulfillment locations and your shipping address.

Original artworks may require special handling or custom shipping arrangements. These will be discussed individually prior to purchase or after inquiry.

Tracking information is provided as soon as it becomes available.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all apparel and merchandise items are made to order, I cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Wrong size

• Buyer’s remorse

• Ordering errors

However, if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll make sure it gets corrected.

Original artwork sales are final.

Cancellations

Cancellations for merchandise orders can only be accepted before the item goes into production.
Since Printful begins fulfillment quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed.

For original artworks, cancellations may be accepted if the piece has not yet shipped.

Privacy & Security

Your information is used solely for order processing, communication, and shipping.
I do not sell or share personal information—ever.

Payments are securely handled through WooCommerce’s trusted payment partners.
